At AnServe we can deal with all your incomming calls when,and in precisely the manner you want us to.Whenever youre unavailable,or your lines are busyor you dont want to take a call personally,you simplly press a button and divert the calls to us.Alternatively,calls can be diverted automtically upon various predetermined prompts,such as a given number of rings.Diverted calls are routed straight in to one of our computerised telephone stations without the caller being aware a diversion has taken place.As soon asthe phone begins to ring your company/personel details are automatically displayed on a computer scree,including a script of how you want us to answerthe phone and what you want us to say to your callers.As far as any callers know we are your company.
