Layering coach training on top of my life and career experience has provided a multi-dimensional perspective for all of my work.

I guide clients in bringing their own internal resources, their own wisdom, to the challenges, goals and transitions of their lives. I specialize in coaching managers, project managers and others in leadership positions.
