We perform secretarial services on a permanent, incidental or project basis for local and international companies and individuals. In consultation with you, we define when we perform services. The strength of DVO-DalemVirtualOffice is that we do not have any fixed office-hours. On request, it is possible to do a rush job in the evenings or even in the weekends, without any extra charges. You only pay for time-on-task or by project! Your secretary does not need a working space or any other secretarial equipment. All the information goes from your company to our office and vice versa through fax, e-Fax, e-mail or postal services. Of course, we are very discrete with your confidential information. Once we are settled in your way of working, you can count on an enthusiastic virtual assistant team, which will perform the required services for you with a lot of responsibility, expertise and pleasure.
