Long Description:

Essayons specializes in providing assistance with Information Services and Quality Improvement. We design spreadsheets and databases that are easy to track /report and analyze information for:

Continuous Quality Improvement; Tools used to capture cross-sectional and longevity data.

Recipient Rights; Complaint and Rights database management.

Clinical Programs; Assertive Community treatment (ACT), Serious Mentally Ill, Developmentaly Disabled and Children Services; Program elements include- Evidence Based Practices (EBP), Vocational/ Supported Employment, Residential, Inpatient services and Family Advocacy Panel.

Administrative Services; Board Reports, CARF Surveys, Utiliztion and Services management (HCPCS, CPT & Local Code), Benchmarking, Benefit Package Development. Demographic collection, analysis and reporting for Strategic/ SWOT analysis, State and region reporting, Public Relations and Member Services. Consumer, Staff and Stakeholder surveys.

Essayons can provide assistance on a single task/ project or recurring basis. We can be as integrated as needed or as independent for surveys, research, analysis and reporting.
