I am currently working very part-time from home doing research and data entry for this company. I am required to log onto assigned mortgage sites on a daily basis and retrieve information in regards to recent mortgages. I then have to input that information into an Excel form for their records and send the file in on a daily basis. Right now no work available for me and no counties available to work.

I work very part-time/seasonal from home as a Virtual Assistant for this vacation rental company that has properties based out of Florida. I am responsible for making sure the property listings are updated, changing any information on each property website, general clerical
work and basically any work that the owner needs help with at any time. I do some of the little work that would take up all her time. I do this job along with my mortgage work from home but not many hours.

I work as an Inbound Call Center Agent taking direct calls from customers in regards to Clients contracted with ACD from television and radio stations across the United States. I take pledge capture information in regards to drives being completed for these stations. This requires excellent verbal, communication, customer service and data entry skills in order to complete the
pledge information for submission. I am currently at a Tier 2 level and will taking further training in order to take on more Call Center Agent duties in the future for bigger clients and more detailed duties.

I work as a part time Inbound Call Center Agent for the website sales taking sales over the phone, making inquiries about customers current orders, finding information in regards to placed orders, requesting research requests, bin checks, call tags, carrier claim, credit requests, etc. I also take calls in regards to Babies R Us orders as well as placing orders for customers over the phone. Responsible for the day to day interaction of customers who call in requiring excellent customer service and communication skills.
