Long Description:

I specialize in working on large, complex litigation, including class action lawsuits. I require little or no direction in preparing the case for written and live discovery, location and interviewing witnesses and well as preparation of exhibits for trial. Also qualified in the preparation of discovery pleadings, legal research, brief writing and assistance at the time of trial. This assistance includes preparation of witnesses for testimony, documents for presentation as exhibits, etc.I am qualified to handle the more simple tasks such as organizing, review and preparation of summaries of case file documents including documents produced by parties, medical records, employment records, tax records as well as written discovery responses and depostions. I work with little or no direction needed. I can literally take a file and work it - asking questions rarely.
