Long Description:

I have over 23 years experience in front office support, back office support, transcription, word processing, data entry, data conversions, web design and customer service. English is my primary language. I am well equipped to handle your job in a timely and accurate fashion. I type roughly 100 wpm. I am fast, accurate, very organized about my work, and detail oriented.

Client confidentiality is also essential and necessary in all aspects. I am very comfortable working with little or no supervision. I am also available for work on short notice. I'm very proactive and not afraid to ask questions if the need arises. I have a fully functional office including multiple computers, multiple multifunction fax/copier/scanner/printer machines and a high speed DSL line (3 megabit).

I have many years of customer service experience, and have received awards at several of my jobs for the high level of service I have provided to customers. I feel a strong sense of enjoyment out of helping people, and hope to be a good fit for your organization.

I have done a number of web search projects over the last few years and am very comfortable doing them. Most recently, I did a 25,000 item pricing and shipping cost web search for a major search engine. I am currently working on a reciprocal link submission project and am having very good results.
