I have completed Certificate 3 in Business Office Administration and have years of experience in reception, admin and customer service roles. My employment history so far has equipped me with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to relate positively and effectively to individuals, and also on a group basis, and prioritise as the position demands. I am proficient in Microsoft Office, can handle a variety of tasks, work under pressure and still retain a sense of humour. I am hardworking, cheerful, a quick learner, caring, honest and reliable.
