Experience includes, managing the office of successful fee only financial planner and entrepreneur. Customer service for clients, including opening new accounts, portfolio management, transfer of funds, annual reporting, and day to day financial disbursements.
Helped launch two new websites, design and implement marketing program for new websites, including design of business cards, stationery, promotional CD, prepared materials for presentation at National Publicity Summit.
Managed calendar, correspondence, set up new computer systems, worked with outside virtual assistants, computer technicians, graphic and design artists and web hosts and media. Maintained office including supplies, mail, business equipment, maintenance of premises
Heavy phone contact with clients, and vendors, and outreach regarding launch of speaking business.
Other experience includes Assistant to CEO, General Counsel and Associate Counsel of one of New Jersey’s largest accounting firms. Managed private suite at Meadowlands, including schedule for the year, sending out announcements of events, purchase and allotment of tickets to 53 partners and their guests. Responsible for catering all events at the suite, as well as paying bills for suite. Event planning for international accounting conference for 37 countries; wrote conference brochure, coordinated all reservations with hotel and booked rooms for meeting and lodging, scheduled and paid all speakers and coordinated their travel, scheduled and ordered all meals, planned all entertainment, submitted budget with itemized expenses, maintained separate checking account for international conference expenses.
Coordinated all offsite conferences, including booking hotel rooms, conference rooms, scheduling and ordering all meals, working with technical support personnel at hotel.
