Defined a Call Control specification and implemented the specification using Java RMI and CORBA on Lucent Softswitch using Softswitch APIs.
Modified existing Call Control Service Independent Building Blocks to use the defined Call Control APIs.
Designed the VPN Service implementation.

Project Phoenix – Phase I

Worked in a team of 8 developers in developing Business Services over IP network. The project is a proof of concept prototype to demonstrate capability of an IP
network to provide existing AT&T Voice Services using standard Protocols (H.323,
H.245, H.225, IP 3511, LDAP) and off the shelf Gateways and Gate Keeper products.

Implemented a thread safe Light weight Data Access Protocol (LDAP) Client.
Implemented a messaging interface between the Intelligent Database (INDB) and Infoworx Voice Response Unit.
Implemented a TCAP/TCP interface on Lucent’s Elemedia Gatekeeper to interface with INDB.
Implemented a AMA generator process to generate AMA Billing records.

AT&T Control Manager (ACM)

Worked in a team of 5 developers and developed a Call Center CTI product to transfer a call with customer data to the most appropriate Call Center Agent based on several Customer specified criteria.

· Implemented a messaging interface to a Customer Application Processor that provides Routing information.
· Implemented a process that interfaces with HP Customer Contact Manager (a CTI product) to receive and process requests from a PBX.
· Implemented a Call Transaction logging feature for an ANI based Routing Service.
· Member of a task force that was setup to re architect the entire Call Center Services into a common framework.

Worked in a team of 4 developers and developed a Toll Free Call Center Application – Remote Agent Basic.

This product replaces the functionality of an Automatic Call Distributor (ACD) using Intelligent Call Processing (ICP) service, Customer Routing Point (CRP) routing capabilities and Computer Telephony Integration. Also provides Home Agent feature.

· Implemented a Server to manage up to 150 Agent PCs (Clients).
· Implemented a messaging interface library on the Agent PC to communicate with the above Server.
· Implemented a client to provide Call transaction records to a MIS Server.
· Implemented a Telephony Library using Microsoft Telephony API (TAPI) on the Agent PC.
· Implemented a TCP/IP library that provides a uniform API over different platforms – Windows NT, Windows’95, Sun OS 4.1.3 and Solaris 2.4
· Maintained a Call Routing Software.
· Installed and successfully Beta Tested the above product at an internal AT&T site.
