Myself is a competent medical transcriptionist with good exposure to various types of reports like History & Physical, Consultation Reports, Progress Reports, Discharge Summary, and Operative reports. I have done reports in various specialitities like General Surgery, Gynecology, Oncology, Urology, General Medicine, ENT, Cardiology, Pulmonology, Psychiatry, Orthopedics, etc. I have the experience of working independently. Now, I am working independently at home as a Home Transcriptionist.

I can produce good medical reports with good accuracy, less grammar errors, and punctuation mistakes.

I will strive hard to maintain the client's Turnaround Time. I will give utmost importance to the accuracy and timely delivery of reports.
