Our professional support team will answer your phone calls, handle your mail and faxes and relay messages to you within minutes, so that you can concentrate on running your business. Our Staff of Professionals can translate documents, emails and faxes in English, Spanish and Chinese. Our Virtual Office Service is Ideal for people who travel, are home based, or do not want to have a physical office. You can now expand your office with an International Presence. Established businesses that want a South American based identity can benefit from our Services. We also provide office space and conference rooms for those that want a short-term business presence in Ecuador.

Telephone Service---This service includes phone calls in to our main shared business line. A bi-lingual operator answers the phone in Spanish. The greeting is "generic" and allows the caller to designate who the call if for. The greeting is "Good day this is Bernadette how may I direct your call?" This allows the caller to say whom they are calling. The caller will then be told that the person is not in the office and to please leave a message. The message will then be sent to you by email, telephone call, text message or fax. We find that most companies do not receive a lot of calls and this works fine.

Office Address and Mail Service --- This service includes use of our Office Address and also a Post Office Box for mail delivery. Please note that in Ecuador; mail is only delivered to a Post Office Box, there is no postal delivery to office locations. However, if you use a courier, Federal Express, or DHL, your mail can be delivered to the physical office address in Ecuador. Mail is picked up daily and forwarded to you. Forwarding your mail is included in the plan price. We can also open, scan and email your mail to you.

Fax Service --- This service allows you to have a fax number in Ecuador. We will also send your faxes from Ecuador. All faxes received can be faxed on to you or scanned and emailed. If you want to send a fax from Ecuador simply send us a document file and we will fax it to your destination. Faxes in are included in the service but faxes out will incur a $2.00 USD charge for international calls.
