Long Description:

The following is a list of some of the different areas where I worked in former jobs. I have experience being an executive assistant, office manager and customer service manager. I believe I will be an asset to any company.



Bookkeeping.

Negotiating contracts with the hotels, cruise lines, and car rental agencies.

Analyzing and controlling expenditures of the department to conform to our budget.
Training new employees on the computer system and on the policies of the company.




Overseeing 50 customer service representatives, hiring and firing, maintaining schedules to keep the phones covered.
Overseeing 10 supervisors, dividing their responsibilities and making sure each of them did their share of the work.
Conveying the success/failure of different vacation packages to my bosses, who were also the owners.
Making sure that my department was informed of the new packages that were added weekly.
Speaking to customers that were unhappy and finding ways to appease them.
Preparing periodic sales reports showing sales volume and potential sales.
Appraising performance.
Addressing complaints from employees and resolving problems.
Training and monitoring all employees in my department.
Ensuring that all company guidelines, policies and procedures were followed at all times.
