My name is Angela Bright. I have 18+ years performing Administrative and Bookkeeping duties, a large majority in both the construction and service industries. More than 7 years managing others.

I am conscientious, have advance problem solving skills, efficient time management and workflow scheduling skills.

Proficient computer skills including such software as MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, FrontPage, PowerPoint, Publisher, QuickBooks 2005 and 2006, MasterBuilder, Timberline, Peachtree...just to name a few.

Our Mission:
To accomplish the everyday, thus enabling our Clients more time to not only devote towards their business but their personal lives as well. Time is money so let us do the everyday ordinary to the extraordinary.

We offer Administrative and Bookkeeping services as well as Human Resources, Marketing and Event Planning.


Services Offered:
We offer a variety of services. Services can be performed from my home office or at the client's location.

* Bookkeeping - full service: 1) Accounts Payable-full cycle, 2) Accounts Receivable-full cycle including customer set-up, credit reference check, billing, receiving payments and collections if necessary, 3) Payroll, in-house or using a service such as ADP, Paychex, Advantage, etc., 4) Bank Statement reconciliation.

* Administrative: 1) Correspondence: letters, emails, phone calls, 2) Spreadsheet design and/or maintenance using MS Excel or Lotus 123, 3) Database design and/or maintenance using MS Access, 3) Human Resources including recruiting and training quality personnel if you require a permanent solution to your office needs, 4) Marketing including brochures, flyers, etc.

* Other Services: 1) Web Site Design and/or maintenance 2) Research on the web, 3) Event Planning whether it is for your business or for a family function, 4) Travel Planning, we can research a destination, prices and even make all the arrangements for you.
