With over 35 years' experience including secretarial and general management skills, quality, professionalism and confidentiality is assured.
I have worked as a general manager for the last 12 years, after working as a secretary and assistant manager. During my time as manager I have carried out all my own secretarial work and have excellent communication, organisational and time management skills, frequently having to work to deadlines. I have a sound working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and currently teach IT/Word Processing at a local college. I have experience of medical word processing (having worked as a medical secretary for 9 years) and have produced many business plans, lengthy assignments and projects. The Human Resources Management aspect of my current role has involved me in writing many policies and procedures, both in employment law and good practise. I have designed a Staff Handbook and a Good Employment Guidelines Manual. I keep up to date with technology and have an HNC in Business and Finance and many Word Processing/IT qualifications, including ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence). I would be happy to help you with any of the following tasks Word processing, data input, spreadsheets, presentations, meetings management, diary management, brochures, newsletters, reports, assignments and much more.
