Long Description:

Virtual Essentials 101, LLC was formed to offer flexibility and options to sole proprietors and small business owners. Our goal is to form partnerships with clients on a long term basis, and continue to offer solutions to the bottom line, along with implementing new methods and ideas to a company.

BACKGROUND

My professional background includes the following:

Non-profit and government agency servicing.
General accounting background working with CPA Firms.
Account Administrative Management and information processing.
Real Estate industry for over 5 years.
Internet research skills & marketing support in administrative capacity.
Art background in multi-media art at European University of Maryland.
Writing ability and excellent English and grammar skills.
My background is extremely diverse, ranging from administrative, accounting, information processing, marketing and design to writing and research. This variety is what makes an excellent Virtual Assistant, and the long term goal is to offer services globally as well as in the states.

The future will include adding more technology such as web conferencing, and 100% referral business relationships that will continue to be cultivated and help the bottom line. I view my relationship with clients as a team effort, with input from both myself and the client in order to continue making things better and improving the business.

What is a VA and is a Virtual Assistant an employee of my company?

A Virtual Assistant is an independent contractor that works from a home based office, providing administrative services on a broad scope to businesses and individuals. Convenience, flexibility, reliability, your single source for administrative needs, and your one stop shop.
A VA is not an employee, but an independent contractor that works in a professional relationship capacity with the client, meeting their needs and working on a service plan that is in the client’s budget.
What if there is a service not offered, am I able to request or hire another VA?

Yes, you can hire another VA if there is a service I am unable to provide, OR we can outsource the job to a fellow VA that is well-versed in that specific area.
For example, if web design is needed, then we will find a VA that is certified in that area and would give you the best service, so leaving this in our hands would ultimately be the best thing to do than to try to find another VA on your own.

If there is a service not on the list, please ask and we will decide if this is a service we are able to provide, or if there is need to outsource to another VA. For any services provided that are not on this website, additional charges may apply.

What if I don’t want to pay the 10hr minimum? Is there any flexibility on the retainers and minimum hour charge?

Unfortunately, we are unable to go under the 10hr minimum, as this is not conducive to this business. As a small business owner, the bottom line is necessary to continue to stay up and running, providing efficient and professional services to our clients. The motto is high end servicing, not being priced out of the competition. Time is valuable, and so are our services. You get what you pay for, & that is really the bottom line.

For retainer packages, there is flexibility in amount of hours a client can buy. We are able to offer 10, 20, 30, and unlimited package deal. If a 40hr package is needed, then please request and we will quote a price depending on servicing requested. For unlimited packages, will determine the best pricing to fit the client needs.

Our creative & innovative ways are keys in working with a client to provide a service and a need, with 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Our job is to find a solution in helping your bottom line, not adding to it. We will work on a checklist with you to accomplish what your business needs.

Retainer packages are available for different hours, therefore meeting budget needs and constraints. Monthly unlimited retainers are available upon request as well (ask for quote). We are there to work WITH the client in meeting needs and wants.

Consultants are project based & specific, & our services are broad in scope for administrative support.
