Orders received online from your site can also be included in any application we design for you. For instance, you receive orders overninght. These orders would be saved in a file. The next working day the file can be accessed by whoever has the responsibility for fulfilling the order. The details of thse orders can also be posted straight away to the relvant accounts and any reports can then be produced.

BOOKKEEPING SERVICE

One of the services we run is a bookkeeping one.
You know the thing! It's the chore your accountant asks you to do over the course of your financial year so he can tell the taxman what you need to pay to him.

How about your VAT returns?

Do you find that keeping your books upto date a chore or you don't have time to complete them because you have that extra job to finish by Friday. Invoices and statements get thrown to one side as you rush out the door.

In the end you find that you need to spend your evenings getting your books upto date for your accountant or completing your VAT returns.

We offer either an onsite or offsite service . If you feel that doing your books at your place is best then it can be arranged. Either we can visit for a day or afternoon once a week and complete them. If you are happy for us to do them at our office we can arrange to collect them, along with your invoices etc and return them later in the week.
