The Payroll service process includes:
-All changes to employee information
-New employees and leavers
-Input of all variable pay data
-Calculate Tax, NAPSA, Pension and all other payroll related calculations
-Administration of Payments and Deductions (PDS)
-Generating Payslips (laser or dotmatrix printed)
-Management reports (JV, Leave, Payroll Reports)
-Payments to all statutory bodies such as ZRA etc on behalf of client
-Pension calculations (practically no limitations on complexity of calculations)
-Wage envelopes with cash analysis pre-printed
-Wage coinage analysis for each cash based department
-Departmental costings reports
-Processing only or fully managed service.
-Effective Salary transfers (EFTs) on behalf of the Client
-As well as offering the BACS facility as part of our payroll service, we can also offer BACS processing for clients operating their own in-house payroll
Submitting monthly tax returns and payments electronically to Zambia Revenue Authority.
-Keeping and updatiing records of leave and leave provisions.
-Identification of taxable and non-taxable payments, eg.(Boks) Benefits in kind such as Labour day awards, medical allowances etc.
-Monthly tax payments to ZRA using the new payment method (electronic funds transfer) via banks.
-Security sealed payslips
-Payroll costs analysed exactly as you require.
