• I am available when your regular staff have left for the day; available to assist you 7 days a week, 24 hours a day – please note however urgent deadlines and evening or weekend work may be subject to an additional charge but this will be notified and agreed prior to the commencement of any work

Among the packages I use are Microsoft Office XP Professional, Microsoft Works, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, Outlook, and Email
Obviously all documents can be illustrated in a variety of styles and formats and “The Virtual Personal Assistant” will design these to suit your own specific requirements or follow your preferred instructions

As all assignments are different written quotations will be provided with a specific task list – to be signed and agreed by the Client prior to commencement of work
All assignments are accepted and delivered in person by email, fax or CD Rom
