Long Description:

I am a former Business and Medical Librarian who has opened DigiDetails. During my time as a librarian, I was able to increase services by 72% through my marketing to faculty, students and staff. During my time there I was faced with a 20% budget cut and I was able to streamline and delegate more responsibilities to my staff, make things more efficient (mostly by automating as much as possible). This was one of my most fruitful and rewarding times of my life because I learned that I thrive on challenges such as those. I am now hoping to market my services to writers/public speakers and manufacturing representatives/brokers who need a bit of help making their businesses more efficient and taking on those responsibilities that keep them from doing what it is they do best. In the instance of writers that can be booking promotionals and travel arrangements, working with publishers, acting as a concierge and lifeline while they are away from home and creating documents that they may need. Sifting through the massive amounts of email is also sometimes necessary.People in sales have a different set of needs, mostly compiling data into reports that they can use later on, such as expense reports, time vs. volume ratios, ( to determine effectiveness) cold calling to get necessary information that will be used when the initial sales call is made. They might also have need for catalog creation and other promotional materials, such as newsletters.
