We offer an advantage for US based clients since we can work on the files sent to us as soon as the offices close in the US. We have well experienced staff for transcription work, composed of physical therapists, nurses and medical practitioners who are knowledgeable in US healthcare and legal systems. We work well with difficult dictating doctors. We have complete software tools and references for the transcription work.

We are HIPAA compliant. We have confidentiality agreements with all our staff up to perpetuity. Files sent to us from offshore are even more secure than files retained on-shore.

We have our own full time training facilities for manpower development. We also have a continuous supply of trainees to guarantee supply of manpower requirments.
