Short Description:

I have a computer and a broadband internet connection at home. I am interested in doing work which involves using my MS Office skills. I have good skills in Data entry, Internet Research, Graphic Animation and Web Designing.

Long Description:

I am a graduate in the commerce field.

I have also completed a 3 year course from NIIT which includes packages like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Networking skills, Java, Visual C++, Visual Basic and Quality management.

In addition to that, I am currently in the process of completing a 6 month Web Designing and Graphic Animation course from ARENA Multimedia. I have developed proficiency in the following areas:

•Photoshop
•Corel Draw
•Flash
•HTML
•Illustrator
•Dreamweaver
•(Currently learning JavaScripting)

I have completed the following projects

•Designed a life style brochure, visiting cards and letter head for a holiday resort using Photoshop and Illustrator.
•Designed posters for Non-profit organization on the topics : Polio Eradication and Child Labour
•Designed an interactive web site for a construction company using Flash.

My Work Experience is stated below:

1> Suncorp Metway, Australia (2003 to 2004)

Worked as Sales and Service Consultant. Main responsibilities included:

•Providing superior service to customers in Australia on insurance related queries.
•Achieving sales for the main insurance products of the company.
•Updating and review of system records of all customers.

2> E Serve International Limited (Affiliate of Citibank), (2000 to 2003)

Worked as Customer Service Executive. Main responsibilities included:

•Training customers on Net banking, Phone banking
•Handling inbound calls and coordinating with various departments in a busy environment
•Responsible for system updation and resolving customer queries.
•Coordinate with various departments to ensure quality service to clients.

My achievements at work:

•Used my skills in IT, and created a database management system which looked at key indicators like Calls taken, Average Talk time, Hold time, Leads taken, Sales Achieved etc.
•Planned and prepared reports for mangers which had details like Employee Productivity for both Sales and Service.
