Opened Ft.Oglethorpe store in 1979 and operated it until sale in 1984. Purchased Dalton store in 1981, totally revamped it and operated it until sale in 1985. Ft. Oglethorpe store one of three top strip center Hallmark shops in the South.
Selected by Hallmark to participate in an advisory meeting in Atlanta attended by 12 store owners-managers and key Hallmark personnel to discuss future product planning. Selected to participate in similar group in Kansas City comprised of 20 store owners-managers from across the country and Hallmark personnel.
