Short Description:

Moved to Spain over a year ago from the UK where ran my own property management company with my business partner. Together we have purchased some forty properties in UK and other countries. I consider myself to be an asset to any working team.

Long Description:

I have been visiting SPAIN on a regular basis for the last 4 years and understand the various tax issues such as IVA
NIE and Pardron Registration. In October 2004, I purchased my first resale apartment in Torrevieja as a base for any future visits.

Since then I have set up home just outside Torrevieja. My home is fully equipped with ADSL internet connection,
Fax/Answer machine, Printer/Copier/Scanner. I have been learing about panoramic photography and have all
the latest equipment to enable a property virtual tour to be shot.

I have visited many areas in Spain to include Pinoso, Aspe, Hondon de las Nieves, Hondon de los Frailes,
Orihuela, Jacarilla, Rafal, Almoradi, Algorfa, Catral, Dolores, Daya, Nueva, San Fulgencio, Rojales, Formentera
Benijofar, Ciudad Quesada, Los Montesinos, Guardarmar, La Marina, Torrevieja, Los Balcones, Los Altos,
Villamartin, San Miguel de Salinas, Sucina and Torremendo.

Also driven the N332 coastal road heading south, stopping off at Mazarron, Aguilas and San Juan de los
Terreros, where we have purchased a 2 Bedroom – 2 Bathroom Townhouse. I have also passed through Pulpi, heading towards Puerto Lumbreras, staying at Huercal Overa, and then moving onto Lorca. Recently travelled on the new motorway from Aguilas back into Torrevieja.

We have also visited and purchased an investment property in Morocco, Turkey, Cyprus and Bulgaria.
therefore I am familiar with a lot of areas and their customs.
