Short Description:

I am a well experienced Administrator/Secretary/PA who has excellent MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint Skills, along with a typing speed of 60 wpm. I have a background in Recruitment, Customer Service, Sales, and Administration.


Long Description:

I have excellent communication skills, having achieved an A grade in A-level English, I also posses excellent organisation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. I have a varied background of experience prooving my adaptability to any situation.

RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT – ADECCO
Working on a busy temporary desk my responsibilities included the following:-

Working to KPI’s, targets and meeting deadlines.

Effective time and diary management skills.

Payroll for all temporary associates, processing in excess of 2000 hours on a weekly basis.

Interviewing, screening, testing and referencing all candidates.

Dealing with holidays and sickness.

Converting new Clients through sales calls to increase business.

Developing relationships with existing Clients to maximise business and develop new leads.

Maintaining service levels to all Clients, efficiently dealing with complaints and queries.

Dealing with invoicing and payroll adjustments for Clients and Candidates.

Excellent speed of response for all bookings, and matching candidates skills to the job effectively.


CARE RESOURCE CO-ORDINATOR – CARE UK

Care UK is one of the biggest Home Carer providers in Britain; my responsibility was to run one of the busiest desks covering the Kensington & Chelsea area.

Producing reports and figures for Social Services detailing levels of service being provided by Care UK.

Providing Carers to over 200 Clients and managing 60 Carers.

Managing over 3000 hours of Care per week and producing rotas for all Carers.

Inducting new Carers, and meeting every three months with all Carers to evaluate their performance and discuss any issues with clients.

Maintaining relationships with Clients, and dealing with all complaints.

Quickly covering sickness, also covering holidays and constantly adapting to Carers changing availabilities.

Liaising with Social Services and Clients face to face and over the phone, constantly reviewing levels of service and Care requirements.

Visiting new clients and completing Risk Assessments, a legal requirement to ensure all care could be carried out and the environment is safe to work in.

TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENTS

TEAM SECRETARY:

Providing secretarial support to 10 architects.

Diary management and travel arrangements.

Organising meetings and minute taking.

General office management and administrative duties to

ensure smooth running of the office.

E-BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR:

Working for Domestic and General Insurance, testing and implementing their new web site.

Designing websites for companies such as Barclays, Sony, Siemens, Bosch, and other leading brands.

Liaising with sales and marketing departments to ensure information was kept up to date.

Compiling monthly reports on web activities for the head of Marketing.

TEAM SECRETARY:

Managing call centre staff rotas, holidays, sickness, and overtime.

Creating and implementing databases to produce monthly reports and track assets.

Dealing with banking of all private jobs.

Creating training manual for new staff.
