Joanna & Lucy is a virtual secretarial and design service based in North West London. We provide accurate, efficient and, where appropriate, creative services to meet the needs of businesses and individuals who dont require full-time staff.

Joanna & Lucy are Joanna Gray and Lucy Menter. We have a long established client base and have gained the experience and expertise to deal with the many varied requests which come our way. Since we work from home (in Belsize Park and Marylebone respectively) we have virtually no overheads which is reflected in the competiive rates we charge. No job is too big or too small!

You benefit by off-loading mundane tasks, getting great design rates and not having to pay NI, maternity leave, agency fees etc.

Our range of services includes transcription and copy typing, audio transcription, data entry, presentations, internet-based research, mail shots, website design, building and maintenance, graphic design (of borchures, programmes, flyers, news letters etc)...and please dont hesitate to approach us with any other requests!

We offer a quick turn around, a friendly and flexible approach and efficiency without compromising accuracy.

We consider our rates as very reasonable - just £12 per hour for secretarial work, and £20 per hour for design work - which is professional of a highly professional standard, Joanna having been a graphic designer since 1998.
