Short Description:

My name is Joanne Beasant, I have worked in Customer Service, Adminisration and Secreterial roles since I left school in 1992, Im now 27. I have always loved this type of work and feel that being a Virtual Assistant is what I do best.

Long Description:

I have extensive Customer Service, Administration and Secreterial skills. I have worked in all these roles since I left school in 1992 I am now 27. I have worked for a few companies but during the time I worked for them I exceeded myself and was promoted internally on many occassions, the last job I had was working for a large Fleet Management company and I worked there for 5 years. I have excellent Administration skills and Secreterial skills and have worked for people at all levels. I also love dealing with customers and solving issues for them. My last role was a Client Executive which involved managing client accounts to ensure 100% retention. I produced proposals and confidential documents for 3 Area Sales Managers, Sales and Marketing Manager and a Commercial Manager. I dealt with clients both over the phone and face to face. My role previous to the above was as a Sales Support Executive, this gave me the opportunity to gain more knowledge of a Secreterial/support role. I have also worked as a Client Co-ordinator where I was a key contact for my clients and worked in a call centre. I am an excellent people person and can work with people at all levels. I can work as part of a team or on my own. I think the main thing to say is that I am a very hard worker and love what I do and I believe this shows in all my work.
