ľ Assist company auditors in finalization of Accounts and Annual financial reports.

Liaison with Local and International Suppliers
Liaison with concerned agents of Immigration and
Commercial license, formalities and renewals.

Regular staff appraisal
ľ Assist the purchase department in analyzing Quotations, quality verification, price negotiations and working out adequate payment terms, according to availability of funds.
ľ Assist the operations department in planning and implementing

Report to the Managing Director on a weekly basis. Maintain accounts on Access based Accounting software . Liaison and self-correspondence with Local and International Suppliers for purchase of Food and Equipment. Work extensively on MSOffice 2000.
