Long Description:

I am looking to work from home around my school aged child.

I have just completed a BTEC level 3 early years certificate in childcare studies which forms part of my foundations for a role within a specialist field working with children with special needs as a play therapist and portage.

Before having my child I worked extensively in the secretarial, administration and customer service industries.

The last full time role I had was working in a hotel as a shift leader/deputy head receptionist. This included staff training, meeting/greeting, bookings, telephone enquiries, till handling, duty manager shifts, and general administration.

I have excellent inter personal skills, a strong command of both written and spoken English, first class organisational skills and believe whole heartedly in giving 100% to everything I do.

I am familiar with MS office, Open Office, internal hotel booking systems, and other call centre inbound technology. I have excellent computer understanding and keen eye of detail and perfection.

I aim to provide my clients with the best possible results and strive to compete in a tough market by leading by example giving only the best customer service.
