· 100 systems (Intel PIII 1.2 GHz, 40 GB HDD, 128 MB RAM) with LAN and NT. If necessary, additional systems can be installed within a short period.

· Backed-up with 20 KVA Power Generator.
· 1MBPS Dedicated Port for speedier data transmission. If necessary, the Company can also have a leased line within a short period.

With the advent of Information Technology, various Governmental Agencies realized the need to network all the information at their disposal for useful dissipation and quick decision-making. State Government such as Andhra Pradesh, Karnakata, Maharashtra, Gujarat, etc took the lead in creating and maintaining the vast data base, which at present is in the form of written records. These written records, whose storage, retrieval and review purposes. Considering that the Indian population is second only to China, records concerning them are enormous in volume, and the Governments are finding it logistically simpler and cost effective in sub-contracting the jobs outside. These jobs are called Data Entry jobs, and a reasonable amount of investment in infrastructure and Human Resources makes it easy to fetch such contracts or sub-contracts from the Government Agencies.
We are proud to say that our team had a good and sound knowledge in various data conversion projects like PDF to DOC, DOC to XML, TIFF to DOC, JPEG to DOC,PDF to e-book, Hard Copy to Soft Copy and Voice to Text.

1. Data Entry- Conversion Operations

KARAN ENTERPRISES is not at liberty to disclose details of government and quasi-government sub-contracts from the government officials on which we have successfully performed. We have undertaken work for the Indian Navy (Eastern Naval Command ), the Ship Building Center, the Hindustan Shipyard Limited , Naval Scientific and Technological Laboratory, National Ship Design & Research Center to name a few .We, also, have the privilege to bring to your notice that for the past 3 years we are successfully helping many educational institutions in and around Visakhapatnam in doing the projects works for Medical, Engineering, Management . We being closely attached to the educational service organizations have the capability to train any amount of skilled persons.
The Amount of Services Done by us are as follows

Is incharge of manpower recruitment and project planning and implementation . Hailing from a family of senior defense officers. He is . also, the Proprietor of Dolphins Enterprises which deals in naval warship engine spares, heavy handling equipment, surveillance equipment, telecom & radar equipment.
Ms. Priyanka Arora Collins, Manager Operations- Handles all decision making business activities. Has an infotech background.As well as a commercial one,being a CA.She is in charge of the complete operations of the firm .She is the proprietor of Kay Dee Infotech ,Vsp.
Mr. YMV Prasad, Manager Technical- an MBA & MCA under his belt, is a highly qualified person with respect to software and hardware . He is incharge of Quality Control of the work done by the organization. He is, also, the proprietor of Paradigm Computer Solutions, VSP.
Mr. Hameed, Manager Production , a B.E.(Computers) , has highly technical skills with regard to software .He is responsible for data entry activities, which includes files distribution, collection , proof reading , editing and data transmission
Mr. B. Kiran , B.E, Deputy Manager Operations - He is responsible to get various projects for the company and liaison with them, in co-ordination with the proprietor . He is also responsible to see that the payments reach on time.
Shift Manager- He is responsible to distribute the files collect the files done and hand them over to the Productions Manager.
Team Leader He is responsible for allocating work to the data entry operators and taking back up from them at the end of their shift. He is ,also, responsible for generating the best results from his team with regard to performance.
