Short Description:

Over twenty-nine years of law firm experience which includes secretarial and executive administration. I have extensive transcription experience and a minimial IT background helpdesk, software/hardware and manual writing. I type 80-90 wpm.


Long Description:

LAJ-C Virtual Assistant and Transcription services is a home-based business providing secretarial and executive administrative support, which includes transcription services. We provide a full range of services involving the creation of flyers, brochures, newsletters, logos, letterhead, business cards and many other typed documents. As well as the transcription of tapes (all sizes) wave files and cds.

As a client of LAJ-C, you will receive professional, efficient, timely and detailed personal attention.

Who We Are?

I am LaVenia A. Johnson-Coleman, I started LAJ-C Virtual Assitant and Transcription Assistance Services, because I wanted to be able to use my skills and abilities to service more than one client and be as creative as the client would need for me to be. With my extensive backgroup in this field, I offer my clients a great deal of creativity and professionalism and I do now and have always enjoyed the work I do.

RATES
Our rates are very competitive and are based on the terms of the project. The minimum fee is only $22.00 per hour US dollars and will be due upon completion of the project.

DELIVERY
Each project is transmitted using the most efficient method based on the project deadline. We use email, fax, CDs, floppy disk, US Mail, and several other local carriers. For local clients we provide free pick-up and delivery.

PROMOTIONS
All first-time clients of LAJ-C will receive a 5% discount on their initial project, which will be deducted at the completion of the project. We seek referrals, and will provide further discounts on future projects for every client you refer up at a rate of 5%.

TERMS
There is a contract for each project which includes the details of the project, the agreed upon payment amount and rate. A final invoice will be provided with the completed project. All estimates are made in good faith based on the agreed upon contract. A $30.00 USD fee will be charged for returned checks or all incomplete electronic payments.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
* Payment is due upon delivery of the completed project with a minimum fee of $22.00 per hour.
* Forms of payment are cash, money orders and cashier checks.
* If a check is accepted, there will be a return check or delined electronic payment fee is $30.00.
* Unpaid accounts over 30 days are subject to a $25.00 monthly late fee.
