Short Description:

I have an extensive legal background and worked as an Executive Assistant for over 13 years. I have a strong work ethic and a high regard for detail. I am an organized person who will give 110% to whatever task is assigned to me.


Long Description:

CERTIFICATIONS. Notary Public - State of Florida - over ten years- Certified Notary Signing Agent through National Notary Association.

SKILLS. Proficient in WordPerfect 8.0 and 10 and have these programs on my home computer. I work from Windows Xp Platform and have extensive Internet Research abilities. I know Microsoft Word and Excel and also have experience in many additional computer programs. I can type 60 + WPM and I excel in spelling and grammer usage as I have an Associates Degree in Communications with a minor in English.

I currently have a fully operational home office with fax, two line phone system, Inkjet and laser printer and Pentium 4 computer. I have cable internet access which allows for faster speeds for internet research.

My most extensive experience comes from being a Legal Assistant for over 13 years. I have an extensive background in the preparartion of legal correspondence and other correspondence, as well as court pleadings and other documentation.

Other than my legal background, I have had experience in all facets of Administrative duties including, but limited to the Supervision of all customer service employees for a carpet cleaning company. Other duties for this job included assistance with routing drivers and dispatching technicians and handling customer complaint calls and quality control. I also handled all Employee benefits manager and was the payroll coordinator.

Other Administrative duties included personal assistance to the President of Company, record keeping of potential clients, distribution of literature, phone sales and inquiries, scheduling appointments and correspondence,
Scheduling of tent events, including ordering all aspects of sale from trailers to tents and Coordination and scheduling of car dealership owners to attend events.

I am fully capable of handling many tasks and do not shy away from a challenge.
