Our Virtual assistant's are experienced in advanced Internet search techniques e.g. boolean, x-raying, flipping, and peel back. We search for passive candidate's resumes on many search engines, directories, lists, conferences, user groups, special interest groups, associations, alumni pages, press releases and other places on the world wide web. You give us your job specifications, criteria, must have skills and other parameters. We search for the candidates who meet the job criteria and send over to you who match close to the requirement. If you prefer we also contact the candidates on your behalf via email and present them your job opportunity. We send you resumes of those candidates who show interest in the position. We save your time in searches and contacting the candidates and present you only the interested candidates.

Candidate searches on Monster, CareerBuilder, Yahoo Hotjobs and many more Jobboards
We will search for candidates as per your job requirements and screen resumes on job boards, paid or free, where you have subscribed as a member. You will authorize us to use your subscription account and give us your job specifications, criteria, must have skills and other parameters. We will search for resumes who meet the job specifications and send over to you who match close to the requirement. If you prefer we can also contact the candidates on your behalf via email and send you the response about their interest in the position. We save your time in searches and contacting the candidates and present you the interested and qualified candidates.

Online Data Input into client databases, applicant trcking system such as CAPS, PCRecruiter etc.
We can perform various task on applicant tracking system. We can do database clean up task, add/ edit candidates, add/edit companies, put candidates on roll up, call build etc. If your Applicant Tracking System is new to us we will not charge during the training period.

Job Posting and Advertising
Post open positions; search for open positions; search for candidates. We provide job posting service to save your time and improve productivity. Jobs are posted manually. You free up valuable time so that you can focus your efforts on recruiting functions. You provide us with all the basic information, job title, geographic location, skills required, job type, job reference number and description. We will post your job requirements on job boards where you have subscribed or free job boards and user groups, and your corporate website where ever you specify.
