VA4U is continuously modifying and improving the site that you registered with and in this section we aim to keep you informed about what has changed and indicate to you where your web presence may be improved. January 2004	Disaster! Web host provider switched inadvertently. System rebuilt and mail redirection in process of setting up. All mail is being manually redirected if it is not SPAM. If you have a particularly concern about your mail redirection go to the contacts page and mail administration.
December 2003	Services Registers are regionalised to create separate listings for the each service in every country or region in the world
December 2003	VA4U is included in the listings of the Alliance for Virtual Businesses
December 2003	VA4U is mentioned on the NPR news radio in the US.

Services and Skills Updates

We are constantly looking for additional services and skills that Virtual Assistants can offer. Whenever we add a new service to our list we modify the new and change registration forms to reflect these skills.

This means that new members will be given the chance to include this new skill on their web page. Existing members will not have this new service added unless they go to the change details form and indicate that they now offer this service.

We have made the services registers point to pages for every country or region in the world therefore highlighting Virtual Assistant members more specifically

Web Page Enhancements

We are constantly trying to improve the visibility of our members web pages to as wide an audience as possible. Consequently we make changes to the format and structure of our Members web pages to improve things like readability and search engine ratings. Below are listed the latest changes that have been made to the members web pages.

November 2003	Script Headers	All of the headers in the pages are now scripted to allow the page contents to be more prominent for search engines.
September 2003	Keywords added to all pages	Search engines use keywords to help them index web pages. We have add keywords specific to each members web page to improve their rating in Search engines
July 2003	Counters added to all members pages	All members pages now have counters at the bottom of the page to help you see how many times your page is visited

Regional Register updates

Where there are enough Virtual Assistants to justify the work, we create regional registers for a particular country. Long standing regional registers were the USA, Canada and UK. But since then we have created regional registers for the following countries to satisfy the need of the increasing numbers of Virtual Assistants.

Australia (added December 2003)
