After completing BAMS in 1989 I have worked as fulltime worker in tribal area.Experiance of Vipasyana meditation cultivate interest in psychosomatic disease & need of srress management so I have completed MA philosophy and psychotherapy counselling course.I have also done REBT course at IPH THANE under the guidance of Dr Anand Nadkarni.I have worked as resource person for many companies like Manugraph Kolhapur,ARAI Pune,Kehin fie Pune,EMI Nasik,SICOM mumbai,Kirloskar Karad.
More than 200 articles are published on health,human physiology and Lifeskills in Loksatta,Lokmat maitra/oxygen,Pudhari Arogya,Trunbharat,Kalnirnay Diwali,Maharashtra times,Chitralekha,Maitrin etc.

I have design creative concept on stage.perform in 2 stageshows in which there are vidio clips of reknown artist and my narration in between two clips
1-Tumachya Amachya Gharat (Home affairs due to gender difference) In this stageshow there are 12 video clips of the famous artist couple Aishwarya and Avinash Narkar.These entertaining video clips are writen and directed by Raju Fulkar.Psychological information encapsulated in comedy form is very usefull 4 family gettogetherMore than 40 shows were sponsered by different organisations like Sakal Madhurangan,Lokmat Sakhi,Maharashta mandals etc
2-Dil ki Baat(heart is speaking) is the stageshow in which there video clips of Vijay Gokhale,Rawi Patwardhan,ashwini ekbote etc In between these entertaining clips I narrate about heart disease and necessory preventive mesure like diet,exercise and sress management.There are 3 beautifull animations in it
I conduct workshops on lifestyle management named Arogyamantra.I can conduct workshops &lectures on Lifeskills,effective comunication,healthy marital relations,study secrets in multiple intelligence.
