Long Description:

With over 4 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, I have successfully performed a wide range of tasks critical to the operational excellence of my employers. With determination, initiative, and an exemplary work ethic, I have consistently exceeded the expectations of managers, co-workers, and clients. I am personable, intelligent, and work ceaselessly to earn the trust and respect of my colleagues through proven results and continuing education. Superlative verbal communication and writing skills enable me to excel in a fast-paced, results-driven work environment.

As an Office Manager, I routinely performed multiple tasks including preparing Notice to Owners, Notice of Commencement, and Certificates of Insurance. I handled Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll. I completed all accident reports and wage claims, regarding Worker’s Compensation. I prepared the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) books. I am proficient with Microsoft Office, Quickbooks and Sharepoint.

As Policy Coordinator and Closing Assistant, I conferred with interested parties to resolve problems and impart information, summarized recorded documents, such as mortgages, trust deeds, and contracts, affecting title property. I examined mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, plat books, maps, contracts, and agreements to verify legal descriptions, ownerships, restrictions, or conformity to requirements. I prepared and issued title insurance policies, compared legal description of property with legal descriptions contained in records and indices, to verify such factors as deed ownership, conferred with realtors, lending institution personnel, buyers, sellers, contractors, surveyors, and courthouse personnel to obtain additional information. I prepared title commitments and final policies of title insurance based on information compiled from title search, read search request to ascertain type of title evidence required, and to obtain descriptions of property and names of involved parties. I used computerized system to retrieve additional documentation needed to complete real estate transactions. I am proficient with MS Word, MS Outlook and Aptitude.
