One Hour PA was set up primarily to offer support to the self employed and small businesses who find it hard to warrant hiring a regular PA. We work virtually, and, in South West London, we also work with clients on site, doing everything from internet research to powerpoint presentations. Our services fall into three basic categories. Office PA is for start ups, small businesses and the self employed. Well manage your diary, make your travel arrangements, deal with your correspondence and do your powerpoint presentations. In short everything a full time PA would do but with us you only pay us when you need us. Ad Hoc PA is designed for those who simply need help with a specific event. We can do everything from researching venues for your next conference, to sending out the invitations. Home PA is primarily a domestic service, for people who need help with home admin, moving house, getting quotes for repairs or even finding someone to feed their cat while theyre on holiday. With all our services the key is flexibility. Perhaps you need someone to help you out with a rush job, or you want a PA for a couple of hours every week, or youre just drowning in paperwork and dont know where to start getting organized. No problem, as the client you call the shots. So when people ask us how we work, the simple answer is however you want us to.
