ƒ¿ Preventive Maintenance & Break Down Maintenance of all production Machinery ( 1000 % of machine are imported machinery) and crimping applicators.
ƒ¿ Preventive Maintenance & Break down Maintenance all utility Equipment¡¦s, this includes,
(1) Forklift (battery operated) - 2 nos.
(2) 400 CFM compressor - 1 nos.
(3) AHU unit (water cooler type) - 20 nos.
ƒ¿ Documentation & updating of ISO related paper work.
ƒ¿ Spare planning of plant machines and applicators toolings.

ƒ¿ Coordinate with Government authorities
ƒ¿ Cost control by optimum utilization of power, upkeep of machine to run on rated speeds
ƒ¿ Energy saving activities.
ƒ¿ Applicator tools inventory control and monthly reporting inventory of tool and machine
spare , which near to 300 lac.
ƒ¿ Preparing and Submitting weekly and monthly consumption report (tool and machine spare) and evaluating specific tooling cost per harness produced. Also suggesting and implementing mean and ways to reduce tooling cost
ƒ¿ Assigning and monitoring Sr .Executive, Executive, and Officer reporting to me Specific role to be carry out to make maintenance activity effective and efficient.
ƒ¿ Developing vendors to repair imported costly spare to reduce maintenance cost.
ƒ¿ Developing local suppliers for substituting costly imported machine spare with locally available cheaper but quality spare to reduce maintenance cost.
