* Formulating overall HR policy for the company and implementing the same.
* Manpower planning including recruitment at various levels.
* Handling of joining and induction formalities for new recruit
Wage & Salary Administration
* Design the salary structure for staff & production team members.
* Formulate schemes for incentives on individual & group performance.
* Devising compensation packages in line with company policies for new recruits.
IR Activities/Welfare Activities
* Resolve labour issues/strikes/lockouts to ensure smooth operations.
* Maintain discipline amongst employees at all levels.
* Conceptualize & implement employee satisfaction surveys to improvise the working environment.
* Organize get-together, picnics to motivate employees & enhance team spirit
Human Resource Development:
* Interacting with the employees to identify shortcomings in skill sets.
* Devising suitable programmes for skill enhancement and employee motivation.
* Responsible for evaluation & record maintenance of the trainings.
* Devising and implementing various employee welfare measures in line with company policies.
* Design strategies for employee motivation.
* Oversee operations on time-office management, absenteeism, leave administration
* Revising and updating Human Resource manual on a continuous basis.
* Organizing ‘orientation programmes’ on new policies and procedures.
* Drafting and implementing code of conduct for employees
* Drafting and initiating various HR development initiatives.
* Data Maintenance & Reporting:
* General Administration
* Expatriate Management: Handling matters with Commissioner of Police, Passport office and Embassies.
* Statutory compliance: Ensure statutory compliance of all employee / labour related laws.
* All other employee & HR related work and initiatives
Professional knowledge
* Practical knowledge of compensation structure.
* Sound understanding of statutory compliances.
* Sound and rich knowledge and practical experience of handling employee / HR related issues.
* Sound knowledge of any pay-roll processing package.
* Excellent communication and participative skills. Ability to interact with international counterparts.
* Exposure to mass hiring.
* Comprehensive software skills (MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-Powerponit, Adobe etc.), excellent in using MS-Excel for data analysis and preparing power point presentations .
