The assistants were born, raised, and educated in the US; they worked, on average, 5 - 10 years in in the US before moving to Israel. This arrangement gives business owners the best of both worlds -- the talent and experience of hiring domestically but at international, outsourced rates.

All of our assistants work on a part-time basis from their homes in Israel and can do just about anything a business owner needs -- answer phones, return voicemail messages, schedule appointments, invoice clients, call clients, update web sites and blogs, do internet research, mail print letters, and much, much more. For successful business owners whose time is best spent meeting with clients, working with a virtual assistant is the way for them to save time and make money (since our assistants handle our clients' admin work).
