Success Solutions is a privately owned Virtual Assistant company based out of St. Catharines, ON. At Success Solutions, the goal is to partner with and learn our client’s business while working with them “virtually” allowing our clients to get all the administrative support they require without having to take on extra capital expenses or added administrative work required by employers. Through collaborative efforts, we effectively help grow our client’s business, creating more time for our client to focus their energy on the things they do really well. Success Solutions provides a broad range of administrative duties for our clients.

About The Owner

Success Solutions is owned by Tracey Walsh, a St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada resident. Native to the Niagara region, Tracey brings a wealth of business and administration experience, knowledge and passion to you.

Prior to creating Success Solutions, Tracey had developed her administrative and management skills through practical, hands on experience and through self-education. Having started with a grass roots organization in 1996, she grew and developed with the organization which grew from a 30 employee Canadian organization at the start of her employment to a 4,600 employee international organization which had been recognized by many prestigious organizations for excellence including “One of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies” for 6 straight years as well as the coveted “Canadian Award for Excellence – Gold Standard” award to name a few. She was a manager in support services for the last 6 years she was with the organization.

Over her last 5 years with this organization, Tracey developed a highly successful “virtual team” which she recruited, hired and managed from a distance, never having actually met in person her team members. These long “long distance” relationships spanned across the country, across borders and across oceans. As a Support Services manager, she also worked in a distance support role as part of the organization’s management team.

Due to increasing travel demands, Tracey left this organization in order to be home more with her 2 daughters and husband and took a job with a local company. Following her past pursuit for excellence, she joined a small company that had similar philosophies of excellence as her prior company of 10 years. Within 4 months of Tracey’s employment with this organization as the Administrative Coordinator, their international marketing group recognized them as industry spokespersons for 2008 and they now continue to reach new heights of excellence.

With this organization now on a growth spurt, the demands on Tracey’s time are increasing and Tracey has started her business in order to better support her family. For further details on Administrative experience, please contact Success Solutions today!
