Long Description:

Right now, the question people ask is "What is a VA?" I believe in the future, the question will be "WHO is your VA?"

Literally, I am your home-based personal assistant (PA)/ secretary. My duties would include keeping of the family agenda, arranging for reservations of various events, travel bookings, event planning, some secretarial responsibilities, gift shopping, and running errands of all types.

I provide a value which is commodity based through a select set of secretarial services offered:-
-)Using a variety of software packages to produce correspondence and documents, and maintain presentations, spreadsheets and databases.
-)Arranging travel and accommodation; in-house and external events.
-)Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
-)Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies.
-)Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
