We are a contact center based in India. We are primarily into voice and non-voice based services and cater to our clients in Australia and USA and hence work 24X7X365. Other than outbound telemarketing, we also expertise in back office jobs, Customer Service, chat support and Email support. Since ours is a contact center, we have an abundance of skilled and qualified resource, who are all trained in US/UK/AU culture. Moreover all our resources go through regular accent neutralization training. All VA-CSR are well versed with MS Office programs like MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, Outlook etc. They are internet savvy and are all well equipped to do internet research and data entry tasks. All our employees are at least graduates.
