Long Description:

Danielle Guerin founded VADG in November 2002 after seven years as a Chiropractic Assistant. Virtual assistance was the perfect solution for Danielle. This way, she can help more entrepreneurs find more time to do what they do best while she takes care of the rest.

Some of VADG's clients are coaches, massage therapists, translators, home inpectors and small business owners who rather spend time building their business.

Danielle provides her services in English and in French.

In February 2006, Danielle received the Business Woman of the year from her local Women network, the REFAP. This honor is a terrific opportunity for Danielle to share her knowledge in Networking and to introduce more people to the advantages of Virtual Assistance.

Since September 2005, Danielle has teamed up with other Virtual Assistants to provide even more quality and efficient service. All assistants are required to provide their services with the same high standards as Danielle's. Regular inspections and evaluations are done to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

Services provided by VADG

Voicemail/email management
Several times a day, I will check your voicemail or your email and leave only the messages that need your personal attention. This will help you manage your time while I take care of the details for you.

Document preparation
I will create different types of document that you need to manage your business such as invoices, spreadsheets (Excel), database (Excel), letters, information packages, introduction or welcome packages, etc. I will create templates for the documents that you use frequently, therefore, reducing the administration time and cost.

Special project support
You are planning a meeting, a workshop or a conference? I will support you by sending invitations, creating and managing a list of participants, by answering participant inquiries and managing registrations (registration forms, payments, invoicing, and certificates of achievement).

Business Image management
I will be the primary contact for your clients. I will answer all their administrative needs. I will also help you maintain your professional image by answering their questions (calls and emails), send information packages, give them references to other resources that you wish to share with them. If it hasn’t already been done, I can also create and manage your client database (Excel).

Calendar management
I will manage your appointment schedule and calendar to remind you of birthdays, deadlines, appointments and milestone. This will provide you with peace of mind of not forgetting anything.

Research
If you need information on a specific product or service, or you are looking for the best price, I will do the research and send you the facts. The research can be done on Internet or by phone.
