Short Description:

I am a virtual office assistant and will undertake projects ranging from data entry to administration and transcription work.
I am accurate, reliable, have excellent customer service and communication skills and I will always meet a deadline.


Long Description:

As a virtual office assistant I provide the following services:

 Word Processing including copy typing, audio typing from dictation, correspondence, mail shots, letters, dissertations, reports, manuscripts and audit tape transcription
 Virtual Office Management and email services including administration services, mailing address, secretarial and business support services, mail forwarding, fax diversion, email filtering and internet research
 Spreadsheet Services including optimisation and maintenance for Excel applications including graphs and charts and accounts
 Database services including outsource data entry, processing, maintenance, reports, list management, labels and mail shots
 Transcription services including transcribing interviews, meetings, manuscripts, reports, dictation, lecturers, correspondence, conference proceedings, scripts, speeches, articles and telephone conversations
 Writing and manuscript services including copy-writing, re-writing, word processing and audio transcription of manuscripts, theses and dissertations
 Mail shot services including personalised mail shots, labels, mail merge letters, direct mail shot services, data reparation, mailing list updates and database maintenance

I am currently working towards a qualification as a Medical and Legal Secretary, and once qualified I will also be offering the following services:
Medical Secretarial Services including medico legal reports (when qualified)
Legal secretarial services including typing, word processing and audio transcription, with administrative experience in conveyancing, Land Registry forms, medico-legal reports, statements, contracts, injunctions, County Court orders and preparation of deeds, will and other legal documents (when qualified)
