About us. Established to assist busy local offices, Your Office Angels are able to provide extensive administration assistance, for those times when you need an extra pair of hands. Rather than employing expensive (and often flighty!) agency staff, Your Office Angels are available any time you need them to act as your personal assistant, secretary, events organiser or mail-room assistant. Our professional team have extensive experience as personal assistants, secretaries, administrators, conference co-ordinators and website designers, so we are sure to have someone on hand to assist with your project. We work from our offices- not yours! This saves you a great deal of money, no new desks, computers, or stationery to buy. You only pay for the services you use, so no holiday pay, sick pay, maternity pay or bank holiday pay. We are not employed by yourselves, but are a contracted service you use, so we invoice you for our time. No complicated tax forms to fill in, national insurance contributions to file, no employment law to worry about, just give us your admin, and well get on with it for you! Think about how much you could save if you only pay for the work your staff do, and not for their tea and cigarette breaks, and all the office supplies they use.
