Long Description:

I have been an administrative support professional since 1995 and have accumulated a large variety of talents and skills. I have used MS Office products since the early 1990's, and am proficient in 2003/2007 versions of Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, Access and PowerPoint.

I can also assist you in creating training sessions. Don't put your students to sleep! I can help you develop your training so that they are fully engaged and sure to retain what you teach them. I currently hold the CTT+ Certification (Certified Technical Training) as well as ASTD Training Certificate (American Society of Training and Development).

In addition, I have been a CPR and First Aid Instructor (American Heart Association) since 2003 and can take care of your training needs in the Springfield, Illinois area.
