Long Description:

Your Own Assistant provides support services to lawyers. We specialize in Family Law, but also have experience in Civil Litigation, Wills and Estates, Immigration and Real Estate.

We can draft your Family Law pleadings, from Application to Final Order, including divorce, general family matters and Children's Aid Society matters. We are familiar with the Divorce Act, Child and Family Services Act, Family Law Act, Children's Law Reform Act and Child Support Guidelines. Forward your notes, your client's notes, copies of pleadings, digital dictation or tape dictation and we will return fully drafted pleadings to your email for printing.

We can assist in last minute emergency matters, or just provide assistance to your own support staff.

Other services provided include entering dockets, issuing billings in accordance with Legal Aid Ontario online billing system. We also enjoy pursuing LAO LAW to provide research and case law.
